Private sessions

Yoga, only for you.

One-on-one practice shaped entirely around who you are and what today is asking for.

What it's like.

A private session is a room that's only yours — the practice, the pace, the music or the silence, all built around what you walked in with. The first session is mostly a conversation: where the body is, what's worked before, what it's asking for now. From there, the work begins.

Sessions can run as a single one-off (an evening you want to spend with the practice), as a regular fixture (weekly, fortnightly, monthly), or as a focused arc toward something specific. We adjust as we go — what serves the practice changes, and the work moves with it.

Where we meet.

In person across Taiwan — Taipei, the wider north, and travelling further when the work warrants it. Sessions take place at a studio or, for some clients, at home. The space matters less than the time set aside for it; we'll work with what's available.

Or online: clear video, prepared cues, a session designed for screen-based work. For clients who travel, who live elsewhere, or who simply prefer their own space, online sessions hold the same care as in-person — only the room is different.

What it's good for.

Private sessions suit a range of intentions. New practitioners use them to build a foundation that holds in any class. Returning practitioners use them to find rhythm again after time away. More experienced practitioners use them for refinement, for specific projects, or for the kind of personal work group classes can't quite hold.

Sessions also suit those navigating an injury, a phase of life, a particular goal, or simply a wish for something personal. There isn't a level a private session is for. There's a body, and it's yours.
