An Ocean Yoga app.

A mobile companion to the practice, currently in development — short, well-made sessions for the days between classes.

What we're building.

An app that brings the feel of an Ocean Yoga session into the time you actually have. Sessions for ten minutes, sessions for an hour, sessions for the body that's stiff, restless, sleepless, recovering. Built like the rest of the practice: with attention, not algorithms.

We're keeping the catalog small on purpose. The point is a practice you'd actually do — chosen for the day, designed to feel like the work we do in person.

An Ocean Yoga app.

Why we're making it.

Students who practiced in person have asked for years what they should do on the days they couldn't make it. The honest answer was usually: anything that gets you on the mat. We're building this because that answer wasn't quite enough.

The app extends the work we do in person. Retreats, private sessions, and specialized practice remain at the center of Ocean Yoga. The app is for everything that happens between.

Why we're making it.

When it's ready.

Sometime through 2026. We're being deliberate about pace — building it as carefully as we'd build a class — which means it'll arrive when it's good, rather than when it's done.

Five people practice yoga on a pale sandy beach, with palms, green hills, white houses and turquoise surf, illustrated in delicate ink and watercolor.

Retreat dates, occasional notes — never anything we wouldn't want to receive ourselves.
